Pregnancy Yoga

Sarah will guide you through breathing techniques, movement and relaxation. Helping you throughout your pregnancy and preparing you for the birth. You will benefit from:

• Opening stretches to ease tension in the neck, shoulders, hips and back.

• Strengthening postures to build stamina.

• Rotations and movements  to aid circulation.

• Relaxation.

Postnatal Yoga

Focusing on restoring your energy with slow, gentle and progressive sequences. You will benefit from:

• Releasing achy muscles with gentle stretching, whilst focusing on deep breathing.

• Restoring your core by gently activating  the abdominal muscles.

• Relaxation.
