What People Say

“In an ever increasingly loud world where distractions are plenty and revered silence of thoughts almost non-existent, finding blissful quiet is almost a rarity.  And thus, any moment of escape which gifts such a joyous refuge is to be truly cherished.

Yoga Nidra with Sarah has granted me precisely such an escape.  For an hour each week I am teleported time and time again to my very own halcyon reality. To a place devoid of purpose or thought, only tranquil existence. There I hover, or more precisely, as if by magic Sarah has me dangling on the edge of a cliff whose beauty I long never to escape. If time was indeed allowed to cease thenthere I would choose to remain, but for that soothing voice beckoning me back from the edge.  Back to a now fully refreshed and awakened existence imbued with serene clarity and purpose.  These sessions are always very much anticipated, and I am beyond thankful for this beautiful spirit and its selfless ability to shepherd me on such a blissful escape time and time again.”

“I decided to start going to Sarah and experience Nidra after my marriage fell apart and I started to fall apart. I needed something to help me get back to finding ‘ME’…not mother, friend, colleague, daughter or sister but Karen, the girl I was before marriage.

I’d never attended any form of meditation and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Sarah put me at ease, the whole room, the ambience set me at ease, and I cannot tell you how amazing that very first session was. Tears flowed, my body relaxed TOTALLY, my brain emptied and for that one hour I was wrapped up in myself, thinking of nobody, of nothing but ME.

Fridays became my time, where I would go into the world that nobody could get me, nobody could disturb me and I began to heal. I began to believe in myself again and Sarah was the support I needed, and Nidra became my next best friend.

There are no words to explain the pleasure I experienced in my Nidra hour…. each session concentrating on another feeling, another moment, and I could relate to each subject, listening to Sarah’s hypnotic voice, talking me through feelings, emotions, and moments of absolute pleasure when I realised that what she was saying related to me, at that moment in time.

I have taken away with me so much, and I have learnt that taking time out for yourself each day, be it only 10mins or an hour, it gets me off the life train, it pauses my time, it makes me reflect and enjoy ‘that very space’ to allow me to breath, to reflect and remember me and no-one else.

Every morning and every night I repeat my mantra…” May I be filled with loving kindness, May I be well, May I be peaceful and at ease, May I be happy”…. Sarah no amount of words will ever be enough to thank you for being a huge part of my healing process. I am ME again, much wiser, much stronger and a believer that time for oneself is not selfish, it is part of your daily life, because remember we were ALL ourselves once upon a time, and we need to carry on being ourselves, not mother, not wife, not sister or colleague, time for oneself is the reason I am the person I am today.”

“I first met Sarah when my son was 3 months old. I had postnatal depression, was exhausted from lack of sleep and had no immediate family to ask for help.  Luckily someone recommended Sarah online and within minutes of meeting her I was confident she could improve our situation. Sarah is kind, empathetic, patient and has a wealth of knowledge. My son loved her! She took care of me as well as my son and helped me become a strong and confident mother. My son is now 2 and I still see Sarah for Yoga Nidra. It helps me remember that to look after my son I need to look after myself, and I leave every session with a sense of calm and purpose for the week ahead.”
