“I decided to start going to Sarah and experience Nidra after my marriage fell apart and I started to fall apart. I needed something to help me get back to finding ‘ME’…not mother, friend, colleague, daughter or sister but Karen, the girl I was before marriage.

I have taken away with me so much, and I have learnt that taking time out for yourself each day, be it only 10mins or an hour, it gets me off the life train, it pauses my time, it makes me reflect and enjoy ‘that very space’ to allow me to breath, to reflect and remember me and no-one else.
